![]() ![]() Regardless of setlist quibbles, P!nk remains one of the best touring artists I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I am okay with the lack of 'Can't Take Me Home' songs as we were spoiled with the medley on the 'The Truth About Love' tour, and it's nice to see 'Get The Party Started' back too. I would have liked 'Where We Go' to have been there as it seems tailor-made for a Big Arena Moment and it's a much better song than 'Revenge', but the gag of performing with an inflatable Eminem was obviously the impetus for that decision. It is nice to see album tracks 'I'm Not Dead' and 'Glitter In The Air' back after a number of years and I am thrilled that 'Secrets' and 'Barbies' made the cut from the 'Beautiful Trauma' album as they are a couple of my favourites. The 'Beautiful Trauma' setlist might be a glorified 'greatest hits' selection, but at least the focus is on what she has achieved as a recording artist. ![]() Her love of covering other artists' songs is admirable in terms of acknowledging her idols and influences, but when there were 5 covers on the 'Funhouse' tour it started to impact how effectively her tours succeeded in showcasing her own discography. The 'I'm Not Dead' tour came close (having 'Lady Marmalade', '18 Wheeler', 'God Is A DJ', 'I'm Not Dead' and 'Fingers' in the one show was #setlistgoals) but I like the looks of the 'Beautiful Trauma' one too. I have seen all of P!nk's tours over the past 14 (!) years and I don't think she has had a setlist that I have absolutely loved from top to bottom yet. This is quite an impressive feat in and of itself.
